I just got back from the show. Cold was awesome for such a small crowd.

Nonpoint was good but there set seemed like it came to an abrupt stop. Once again the blue note security was a little to ready to kick someone out for moshing. I didn't see the whole thing but it looked like once a nice small pit was going security gaurds just pounced on the chance to get in there and stop it. The blue note is the only place i have been to where there is like 3 or 4 security gaurds pacing through the crowd at all times. I'm all for saftey but jesus it's kind of a buzz kill.

All in all good show. would have liked to Nonpoint to play a little longer though.

I do believe we are going to have to get used to that now at the Blue Note. Sadly as the reputation builds that the security is the way it is we will most likely see less and less harder shows there too. I do really think they should just let people have fun. Ive never seen a pit get that out of control, People pay for a show and thats what they should get. Not a watered down stand around experience where they may get kicked out for moving around a little.
